The apartment (72 m2) with five separate rooms has a fully equipped new kitchen with appliances (fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes), dining table with chairs, two bathrooms with shower and toilet and one more separate toilet.
Cleaning of the common areas in flat (once a week) is included in the rental price. Laundry is located in the basement of the house for an extra fee.
