Room size (16,07 m2) is equipped with modern new furniture, bed with mattress (130 cm x 200 cm), desk with chair and lamp, large spacious wardrobe, pillow and blanket (without bed linen) mirror and small equipment.
The apartment (75 m2) with five separate rooms has a fully equipped new kitchen with appliances (fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes), dining table with chairs, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Cleaning of the common areas in flat (once a week) is included in the rental price. Laundry is located in the basement of the house for an extra fee.
The tenants in house can join fitness, garden with sitting area for no charge.
Monthly rent: 17.200 CZK + 3.500 CZK services charges including high speed internet (WI-FI) + 200 CZK equippment.
The refundable security deposit required equal to 2 month's rent including utilities (41.800 CZK).
